Did you try the corp offices in MN? 612-291-1000 and your right about them not giving out the super secret number, the customer service reps do not even HAVE that number because of the sheer number of calls that they would receive. (I asked someone who worked at a Best Buy Crestwood that just went under.) Wish there was something I could do.
